How the Program Works
Athletes participate in six sessions per week, each lasting 60-90 minutes. These sessions are carefully programmed to include a blend of strength-building exercises, speed and power work, and mobility and recovery training. Flexible Scheduling to Fit Any Athlete’s Life
Sessions are offered Monday through Saturday, allowing athletes to train when it works best for them. The flexibility of scheduling makes it easy to balance training with other commitments, whether in-person or remotely. For athletes who need additional flexibility, we offer remote access to workouts, as well as after-hours access to the facility for those unable to attend during regular open hours. This ensures that every athlete can stay on track and continue their training, no matter their schedule.
