The Next-Level Athlete Program at is designed to maximize athletic potential through a structured and technology-integrated training approach. Participants undergo a comprehensive training regimen consisting of six sessions per week, each lasting 60-90 minutes.

Structured Training Program:

Participants engage in a carefully structured training program aimed at building strength, speed, and power specific to their sport. With four days dedicated to strength-building exercises, two days focusing on mobility, prehabilitation, and active recovery, and three days incorporating speed, power, and higher velocity movements, athletes receive a well-rounded training experience tailored to their needs.

Integrated Technology:

The program integrates cutting-edge technology to enhance training effectiveness and provide valuable insights into performance metrics. Utilizing tools such as Vitruve, a velocity sensor, athletes receive daily output metrics including power and fatigue levels. This data allows coaches to monitor readiness to train and overall progress in developing strength, power, and speed. Additionally, participants utilize Team Builder, a programming software, to log their workouts and receive reports showing progressive overload for their strength-based lifts. These technological advancements provide invaluable insights into performance metrics and support athletes in optimizing their training regimens for maximum results.

Diet Counseling:

In addition to training, athletes receive comprehensive diet counseling to support their performance goals. Athletes are provided with daily calorie targets, guidance on food choices, and access to a diet journaling app to track their nutrition intake.
