Athletes of all ages and skill levels can benefit from our semi-private training program, where individual attention and guidance are prioritized. With a maximum group size of six athletes, participants receive the support needed to reach their goals and elevate their performance.

Training sessions are conducted in small groups of up to six athletes, allowing for individualized attention and support from coaches.

Athletes train alongside peers with similar goals, fostering a supportive and motivating training environment where camaraderie thrives.

State-of-the-Art Technology: Athletes in the intermediate program utilize advanced training technology through the Team Builder app, providing detailed exercise instructions, demo videos, and progress tracking.

How SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING Works

Our Semi-Private Training program begins by grouping athletes based on their experience level and age.

Athletes aged 8-11:

are placed in the Foundation Level program, which focuses on building a solid foundation of strength, speed, agility, and quality movement. The goal is to instill proper technique and develop fundamental athletic skills in a supportive environment.


At the foundation level, athletes undergo a structured workout program designed to establish fundamental strength, speed, and agility skills.

The program begins with a dynamic warm-up to activate muscles and prepare for the main workout. This phase also emphasizes balance, coordination, and mobility to develop a solid foundation of athleticism.

Following the warm-up, athletes engage in foundational strength exercises using bodyweight and resistance bands to build strength without heavy weightlifting. These exercises focus on core stability, muscular endurance, and functional movement patterns essential for athletic performance.

Throughout the workout, athletes receive guidance and support from experienced coaches to ensure proper form and technique. Overall, the foundation-level program aims to lay the groundwork for long-term athletic development and success.

Athletes aged 12 and above:

are placed in the Intermediate Level program, which offers focused athletic development and sport-specific training. Participants in this program benefit from tailored coaching aimed at enhancing their foundational strength, speed, agility, and overall athletic abilities.


At the intermediate level, athletes engage in a structured workout program comprising several phases tailored to their athletic development.

The first phase involves a comprehensive warm-up, where athletes activate specific muscle groups and prepare for the main workout. This phase also emphasizes balance, coordination, and mobility to enhance overall athleticism.

Following the warm-up, athletes transition into the explosive training phase, focusing on sport-specific movements such as sprints, jumps, and throws to improve speed and power. The subsequent phase centers on strength training, targeting various muscle groups to build overall strength and resilience.

These phases are strategically integrated into the program to optimize athletic performance and ensure progression over time.

While we encourage athletes to select consistent days and times each week for their sessions, we allow adjustments to the weekly schedule if necessary, provided there is an available spot during the respective time slot. With this approach, we ensure that training fits seamlessly into the athlete’s lifestyle while maintaining the consistency necessary for optimal results.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate busy lifestyles. With our month-to-month packages, you have the freedom to reschedule your sessions with 24-hour notice at no additional cost. For those enrolled in our 8-week package, we offer complimentary rescheduling to ensure you can maintain consistency in your training regimen without any added stress.
