How TEAM TRAINING Works

Our team training program begins with a comprehensive consultation where our performance coaches listen carefully to the goals and objectives of team sports coaches. Understanding the specific areas of improvement desired by the coach is crucial as we tailor our training sessions to maximize the benefits for the team.

Based on the frequency and duration of the training sessions, as well as the desired athletic qualities to be enhanced, we develop a customized program designed to optimize performance and help players reach their full potential.

During each session, all team sport athletes participate in the same program, allowing for adjustments to cater to varying skill levels. Sessions typically start with movement preparation to activate relevant muscle groups and prepare for the focus of the session. We then progress to exercises aimed at improving the targeted athletic qualities, often using circuit-style training to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Throughout the session, athletes engage in competitive or team-building drills to foster camaraderie and motivation.

While rescheduling can be challenging due to limited session availability, we strive to accommodate adjustments to session times whenever possible, provided there is availability in our schedule.
